The front desk lady was terrible and rude. She took forever. She treated me like I was a criminal for no reason. My husband and I traveled all day to see our adult children and grandson. Last thing I need is a look down her nose attitude. Plus her hair was filthy and she was not well kept.

The breakfast was fantastic. The pool and the hot tub were clean and in good working order. The pool wasn't too cold. It was a good experience. We could have used more (or bigger pillows-when did hotels start cutting their pillows in half?). Also, more than on baby garbage can would be nice.
